Each week, we receive feedback from clinicians relating their experiences using the Craving Change approach in their practice. And each week, a consistent comment is that their clients have become ’empowered’. By using the eating self-awareness techniques and CBT ‘change strategies’, clients report a shift in their mindset and greater confidence in managing their food cravings. Although they don’t use the clinical term, clients are reporting an increase in their eating self-efficacy. This is the goal of the Craving Change program!
