A recent survey of over 100 American dietitians revealed that nearly 80% felt that teaching cognitive-behavioral (CBT) strategies and skills to their clients would add value to their practice. Thus, nearly ¾ of the dietitians identified that it would be a benefit to incorporate CBT content into their business. Also, 80% of respondents indicated that the statement, ‘Change thinking habits to change eating habits’ resonated with them.
